This set of profiles aimed to welcome prospective students and demonstrate the supportive, accessible environment at UA-Fort Smith. The target audience responded to a values-based message that emphasized community and integrity, hence the recurring theme of a "genuine" experience in the pull quotes. My role as a freelance writer for the contracted consulting firm was to interview students and faculty, and then craft stories that were authentic, texturized, and on-message.
